This is a fixed-cost engagement where Trinesis develops, tests, and deploys the complete Dealer & Distributor platform, then hands it over to Vihan with full source code, documentation, and training. Vihan owns the platform outright - no recurring license fees.

These phases are not included in the current proposal and will be scoped separately based on Vihan's requirements.
The investment above covers software development, training, and Year 1 warranty support. Cloud infrastructure for Year 1 is included. From Year 2, infrastructure costs will be part of the AMC or billed separately based on usage.
